The new UE ocean system doesn't load in conjunction with the Terraform-generated landscape. For normal landscapes, the option "enable edit layers" needs to be active upon creation. Perhaps that's the issue?

As an update on this, we're adding the capability to set Enable Edit Layers on the landscape when you import your DTM data. This will be available in the next release.
