I am sorry to hear that you are having problems activating the product. Is there anything unusual about your setup, such as the pc not being owned by yourself?
This happens to me all the time. You need to to your account and erase the previous activation from the "Activation keys" tab. Be prepared to do this alot!

We’ve heard about this in the past once or twice. It seems to be something that’s preventing TerraForm from reading the local version of the activation.
