New User Purchased TerraForm Pro

Question

Hi. I purchased TerraForm Pro and payment went thru...$200 Yr.. However there is nothing in my downloads. Where is the plugin? Im a little upset having to charge my card but I dont have anything to work with. Hopefully it will be resolved soon. If mods want to pm and I will give them my order number. Thanks in advance.
