Just went to go purchase Pro just to try it out and I tried using 2 different cards and got this error message both times.
Anyone know if this product now defunct?

Very much not defunct!
The banks introduced a requirement for the new CVS2 security protocol to be fully implemented by 1st Sept 2021. It appears this is still causing some users to experience errors. We’ve tried using a couple of different payment services providers, but they all seem to suffer from the same issues.
We’ll continue to keep an eye on it.
