A good source for Germany, Rhineland, Nurburg, Nurburgring?

Found some good resources that brought new issues.

When trying to reproject splines and set the CRS, things got mad. 

I also acquired the following

GRA_2018_010m_de_03035_v010 (LandCoverRaster)

ESM2012_Rel2017_200km_2p5m_N30E40 (European Settlement Map)

and Germany-latest. osm

I don't know how to handle those, especially the ESM. 

Any advice or simpler sources?
